CLIENT TERMS This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Client and Katy Saltsman that govern the Client's access to the use of Katy Saltsman's materials and services. By signing this agreement and by accessing or using any of the coaching materials and services, you agree to be bound and abide by the terms of this agreement, including the arbitration and limitation of liability provisions. Be sure to read this agreement carefully prior to utilizing any of Katy Saltsman's materials or services.
RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED Katy Saltsman does not guarantee results from the coaching and content included in this Program. Katy Saltsman does not claim to be or act as a licensed financial advisor, legal counsel, or business consultant of any kind, and represents that she cannot provide financial, legal, or professional business advice that requires specialized licensing. The information provided is not intended to be a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice. Katy Saltsman does not guarantee individual results from her coaching programs. Your results are up to you and your commitment to following the assigned protocol in order to build a business strategy that will allow Client to reach their goals in a sustainable manner. USE Client agrees not to use Katy Saltsman or its platforms for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. Client agrees not to undertake any action which may damage Katy Saltsman in any way. Client further agrees not to use Katy Saltsman or its platforms to: a) To harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights. b) To violate any intellectual property rights of Katy Saltsman or any third party. c) To perpetrate any fraud. d) To publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group. e) To unlawfully gather information about others.
INVESTMENT Client agrees to payment at the execution of this Agreement. Client will pay such fees electronically, via Kajabi / Stripe. Client agrees to pay the following investment: One-time Payment of $1399. The payment will auto-debit upon execution of this agreement. Client also agrees and understands that absolutely no refunds will be provided.
